Comprised of Magda Daniec and Adam Grab, the pair recorded Skyline straight to tape in their Jefferson Park neighborhood apartment. In addition to the impact of the aforementioned grip of influences, Daniec and Grab told us they find inspiration in the sounds of the Jamaica Queens crew on GRP (Blackman, Browne, Nard, Miller, etc.), the CTI/Kudu label, and more recently, the Soulquarians. ”
